I don’t feel like cooking so I will go for simple and easy but mmmmmmmmmmm good.Slice up some beef (round steak, london broil, even chuck roast works) I have carne asada or breakfast steak in the freezer. Cut meat in small pieces, brown add chopped onions then sliced potaotes I have a bell pepper so I will add that too. Lots of salt and pepper and done. Green salad and french bread dinner and dinner is done.
