Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Taco Salad. Kroger has their ground chuck on sale this week (see all the Kroger Deals HERE), so I’m taking advantage of that and making up a big batch of Taco Meat. We’ll use some tonight in the salad, and the rest I will freeze to have on hand to use later in several recipes, including Beef Enchiladas and burritos.
