Tonight’s Dinner is…a casserole my friend Melanie shared with me. It is really quite good too! It is basically ground beef in tomato sauce over egg noodles, covered in a cream cheese and sour cream topping. I will share the recipe this week, if you don’t mind Mellie! I will serve a big green salad and whole wheat rolls with it.
