Tonight we are having Roasted Sticky Chicken with Sweet and Savory Sweet Potatoes, a salad and garlic bread. I have two 5 lb whole chickens cooking in the oven as we speak. We are having some friends over for dinner tonight, so I am excited for this no brainer to turn out really well!!
For those of you who follow me on my Facebook page, you have noticed I try to post what we are having for dinner each night around 3-5pm CST. I also ask you what you are having. This really gives me and my readers lots of ideas around our daily meal planning.

Grilled chicken wraps – grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream in a whole wheat tortilla – and fresh pineapple
We're having chutney chicken one pot (from Rachael Ray's mag) and Irish brown bread.
Corned Beef and Cabbage for my wonderful husband Patrick in honor of St Patrick's Day – it's cooking in the crockpot as we speak.
We're having free burritos at Baja Fresh for being facebook fans. Yay!
We are having cajun chicken sandwiches, sweet potato fries and baked beans.
We are going to church tonight, we have dinner every week on Wednesday there. I do have to say my 5 year old daughter and I made the COOLest cupcakes today for her snacks for school tomorrow. We used a white cake mix, divided it 6 ways and made the colors of the rainbow. We alternated colors, baked and they are rainbow cupcakes! We will top with cool whip and and Irish coin for school tomorrow. I got this from Family Fun Magazine.
