Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Vegetable Beef Soup. This is our traditional Christmas Eve dinner. It’s so easy to put this in the crock pot and while it cooks I can take care of any last minute details in the kitchen, or–even better!–enjoy spending time with my family! It’s nice to know that our dinner is prepared and waiting for us after our Christmas Eve service at church.
