We love Chard, and especially the pretty rainbow variety. It is hard to find it organic, but I was in my local Whole Foods today, preparing for my food demo tomorrow and saw that their weekend special is Organic Chard for $2 per bunch. You can get red, green or rainbow.
Stock up on this and you can make both of the recipes below, just substitute the kale for the chard.
