Kroger-deals

Here are the best deals at Kroger this week. This is a pretty busy week for Kroger. They’re running their 10 for $10 Mix or Match sale, as well as a GREAT sale on General Mills cereal! Cereal is at it’s rock-bottom price this time of year, so make sure you stock up now while prices are as low as $.49 a box! There are several coupon options available, but remember to load ONLY the e-coupons you don’t want to use paper coupons for (you can’t combine paper & e-coupons). There is also a great deal on roses – $10 for 2 dozen roses! I might have to strategically place this ad as a”hint” to my hubsand!

Awesome deals this week! My store runs out of good deals pretty quickly so I was wondering if this sale actually starts on the 24th because I know their ads usually come out on Wed instead of Sundays. I want to get there asap!

It depends what region you’re in. Most start on Sundays, but some start on Wednesday.

I believe the Softsoap that is on sale is 7.5 oz and the coupon is 8 oz or higher…

Check your mailboxes for the lates Kroger My Magazine – The Fresh Edition. I just got mine today.
It contains a couple of great coupons to go along with the sales this week. .40 off 2 bags of baby carrots – that will make them .80 each. and $1.00 off $5.00 or more in the floral. That would make those roese an even greater deal! 2 dozen for $9 bucks! I’ve never seen that.

Is the Kroger My Magazine available in all areas, I’ve never seen it at Michigan stores

I am not sure, but I know you only get it when you spend a certain amount in Kroger per month or quarter.

Do you know the prices of the General Mills cereals before the sale and coupons?

My local ad says $2.99

I’m a little confused about the cereal deal … my Kroger ad says that if you buy 4 of the cereals, you get 2 free gallons of milk not a $6 credit. Could you please clarify (or is this probably just a variation for my region? I’m in KY) – Thanks :)

It must be a difference in the regions. Thanks for letting us know!

24ct crayons at Kroger Marketplace in Thompson Station are $.25/box. I bought 12 last night and was so excited to save $20.88 on crayons! All stocked up for the year!

I am having trouble find some of the coupons listed. You have some listed from the 7/3/2011 inserts, but that is the Sunday before a holiday and I thought coupons did not run on those Sundays. Could you please help?

Typically they do not have coupons on holiday weekends, but it’s not guaranteed. You can always check my posts on what to expect in your Sunday paper to know if you should skip a Sunday.

I wanted to get the deal on the powerade but I don’t know what the tear pad is?

Has anyone bought Multigrain cheerios with this deal? My ad does not list it as one of the included types.

Erin,

The multi-grain cheerios are part of the sale.

Tried all three of the links for the honey nut cheerios, and it looks like none of them are there. Did I just miss something, or are they gone? Anyone else tried them?

I tried to use (2) $1 off 2 boxes of cheerios and (1) .50 off 1 box of cheerios today. Well, it didn’t work. They told me what I was trying to do was “stacking”. I tried to explain that it wasn’t. Anyway, this scenario would have worked at Publix. I ended up not even buying the cereal. :(

What was the total number of cereal were you trying to buy?

Katie, if you go to the coupon database and look for the HNC e-coupon, it worked for me.

I had coupons for $2 off one toothbrush which allowed me to also use my bogo toothbrush coupons. :)

I tried the Gillette Body Wash deal last night and my Kroger would not let me use both coupons. They said my B1G1 coupon counted for 2 items. Is this happening with other people?

Jessica,

This is similar to my experience. I posted earlier about using a $1 off 2 coupon + using one .50 off 1 coupon on two boxes of cheerios. They wouldn’t allow this either. They said I was stacking my coupons. I don’t usually have very good experiences at Kroger when I use coupons. Its always a battle.

Leah – if I’m reading your description correctly, you were buying a total of 2 cereals, correct? If that’s the case, then they were correct: you can’t use both $1/2 AND $.50/1. You can EITHER use the $1/2 OR the $.50/1 coupon. The $1/2 is for $1 off 2 boxes of cereal, so you can only use 1 coupon. Or, if you have 2 of the $.50/1 coupons, you could use both of them (1 coupon for each box of cereal).

Like this:
Buy 2 boxes of cereal
Use $1 off 2 coupon

OR

Buy 2 boxes of cereal
Use [2] $.50/1 coupons

I hope this helps answer your question!

Jessica – you should be able to use both coupons. I would try again & ask to speak to a manager. You are allowed to use 1 coupon PER ITEM, so the deal should work like this:

Buy 2 Gillette Body Wash
Use $1 off 1 coupon (applies to body wash #1)
Use B1G1 coupon (applies to body wash #2)

Hope it works better for you! If not, you might try a different Kroger. Sometimes it varies by store/cashier/manager, etc.

I told the cashier that and he told me that my B1G1 coupon counted for 2 items. I haven’t tried it again. To get to another Kroger it would be a 30 minute drive! Oh well!

Kelly – Could you use 2 coupons on the French’s mustard B1G1 deal to get them free? Also the Field or Fisher hot dogs, I don’t see them in my ad. Is this a regional item or just not advertised?

Thanks for the site. I love it!
