With the size of my family and the age of my kids, I always have plenty of leftovers. One of our favorite second meals from a pork loin are these Pulled Pork Hoagies. Enjoy!
- Shredded pork, leftover from crock pot meal
- BBQ sauce
- Whole wheat hoagies or buns
- Toss pork with BBQ sauce.
- Top hoagies with pork.
- Roll up in aluminum foil.
- Cook in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
