Making extra portions, when cooking a meal, then freezing them can be a great resource. You have a ready meal for when you have no time or energy to cook and might otherwise be tempted by a takeaway or supermarket ready meal.
Thanks for the video! Great idea with the mushrooms!! I always catch them on manager’s special, but never buy TOO many because I didn’t know if I could use them long term.
I love my freezer. Not only does it save me money, it also saves me time! I try to cook twice as much as I need, then freeze a portion for a dinner later on.
You flash freeze mushrooms??!!! I’m so glad! I’ve always wondered but never wanted to waste mushrooms in trying. Thank you so much for this, and all your other info. Im really looking forward to what God does this year as I put my feet forward to be a better homemaker.

I love saving money! I quit my job about a month ago and I need lots of ways to save. Been couponing for 3 years now but always looking for new ways. You guys totally inspire me:)
