February is National Heart Health month. According to WebMD, heart-healthy foods are those that “deliver a powerful dose of phytonutrients, which prevent and repair damage to cells. That’s the essence of preventing heart disease.” Fortunately, the foods that made the WebMD list of 25 are all foods that I love and frequently find on sale!
