Philadelphia Cooking Creme Recipe of the Month for June is this easy Asian slaw recipe that is quick, simple, and inexpensive to make. If you’re a coleslaw lover, this is a different take on the classic cabbage and mayo recipe you might be used to. This recipe calls for broccoli slaw and adds Philadelphia Cooking Creme for a very creamy, rich flavor.

If you’re looking for something different to take to picnics and barbecues this season, this broccoli-based slaw is a simple choice. It’s easy because you just take a couple of packages of broccoli slaw (which I often find on sale in the produce aisle at my grocery) then add the other ingredients. The almonds and golden raisins give it a decidedly different spin from a traditional slaw recipe. This one is a crowd-pleaser–for sure!
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
- ¼ cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 packages (12 oz. each) broccoli slaw
- ½ cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
- ½ cup golden raisins
- Combine cooking creme and dressing in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.
