On the meatless Monday idea, Russell Simmons and Sir Paul McCartney are 100% non meat and even vegan. Like we are. Noticed while the article suggested buying meat on sale and meatless mondays, it said nothing of simply eating less or no meat all the time..
Much of the stuff listed was pre packaged stuff. And even on sale its un-needed and a waste of money in my view. Like sodas on sale are nothing but HFCS coloured water.
