Perfecting Homemade Bread

Okay, so I am NOT a baker.  I fully admit that, but I really want to learn how to make homemade bread, since I have a wheat grinder, and 100 lbs of wheat berries! With lots of help from bread making friends and many bread dough fails, I think I have finally perfected my bread recipe.

I was having a lot of trouble getting the bread to fully rise, mine was way too dense.  I changed my Homemade Batch Bread Recipe and added the second rise that makes a world of difference.  So, I wanted to let you know I changed it.  This recipe can be used to make a variety of different things including pizza, cinnamon rolls, hamburger buns, or dinner rolls.
