Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas. This is another meal that has evolved from the chicken I cooked in the crock pot a few days ago. You’ll love the creamy texture of this recipe for enchiladas. (Stock up on cream cheese when you find it on sale.) Plus, you will use a salsa verde that adds flavor and color to the dish.
