Carol, you have to click on the “non-high efficiency” and it changes the price. The coupon was located right under the price.

I just tried it and at first it does show the higher price…however, by clicking on the various scents, eventually the “non-high efficiency” option comes up with the Gentle liquid option and the price is the $13 price and coupon button does show below it…just click around a little until you get the right options…hope this helps
