Here are some Halloween Freebies 2013 available on Thursday, October 31st. If you’re planning to be out-and-about, there are Free Kids Meals at several restaurants, so you can grab a quick & free meal! Most of these freebies are good Thursday only (October 31st), and some do require a costume.

Our Chick-fil-a here in Smyrna, TN has free kids meals with a purchase of an adult meal. Not sure if it’s just ours or not.
