“This is our first real Easter, as last year my lil Gavin was only a few months old. We bought a small radio flyer wagon from Toys R Us, and we are filling it with sidewalk chalk and sand toys because we have plans to go to the beach and camping several times over the summer. We are also planning on making some fun sidewalk paint and bathtub “paint” out of shaving cream so he can play with those.”

Kelly, I love all your Easter basket ideas. Here’s what I’m planning to do for my 2-year-old granddaughter. (I haven’t seen anyone else mention this, so I wanted to share.) She loves coming to spend the night at my house, but she is still carrying her overnight things in a diaper bag. I’m going to get her a “big girl” suitcase and fill it with Easter goodies, including some new spring pj’s, house slippers, and robe.”
