Buy 3 Ziploc Bags at around $1.67 each
Use $0.40/1 Ziploc Brand Bags 3/21/2010 SS Insert (exp 5/15/2010)
Get $2 catalina at checkout
Final Price:  $0.20 per box after coupon and catalina

Thanks, Mommy Snacks!

What is a “catalina?” Is it just $2 extra dollars off or is it a $2 coupon for something else?

I saw a box of Honey Nut Cheerios at Kroger that had a B1G1F coupon on it for Ziploc bags!

I don’t understand how that helps once you have already purchased it. does it just help the next time?

The catalina was for $2 off next purchase. I soooo needed ziplocs & have been washing them until something came along. They were higher priced than Walmart (the cheapest box was $3.32—uggh) but w/ the catlina & I had previous coupons of $.50 & Kroger doubles coupons I still got a better deal. I searched high & low for some priced under $2–no luck. but yes Kroger does have HN Cheerios w/ a buy one get one.

Don’t forget about the SC Johnson $5 rebate (on 3 products), which would make this deal a moneymaker! http://www.scjohnson.com/Files/afc-rebate-form.pdf?utm_source=direct&utm_medium=offline&utm_campaign=2009-10-value-tag-DIRECT

The prices at my Kroger were $2.39 for the cheapest box. It is funny how prices vary so much.

i’m sorry, but the way it’s described…there is no way you can end up paying only 20 cents per box.

You would have to have 3 of the .40/1 coupons (which would each double to .80) to make them .20 per box.
