Publix Deals: February 1 – 7

publix-deals

What a great ad at Publix this week!!  My absolute favorite item this week is the BOGO sale on Avocados – on sale for $.61!!! Plus, there’s also a *HOT* in-ad coupon for FREE $10 Publix Gift Card wyb $100 Grocery Purchase!! Typically this total would be before coupons, so you should be able to get some really sweet deals with this.  There’s also a B3G1 Free sale on select P&G items. It looks like all B3G1 will mix and match, so that should match nicely with the new P&G insert that came in Sunday’s paper. Items you see with an asterisks (**) are what I feel are the best deals.

I do not understand this Gillette Body Wash Gel, 16 to 18 oz – $3.49
    -$1/1 Gillette Body Wash 01/29/2012 P&G Insert (exp 02/29/2012)
    Final Price: $1.61 ea/ wyb 4

if there is only one 1.00 coupon can you explain this one I am not adding it up this way.

    Thanks

you have to have 4 $1/1 coupons. the promo is buy 3 get the fourth free, so the total cost for 4 is $3.49*3=10.47 take away your 4 $1 coupons and the total for 4 is $6.47 which is $1.62 each.

I know that you put an asterisk next to the BOGO items that you think are the best deal. Are the items in other categories (produce, meat, grocery, etc.) all considered best deals, even though they don’t have an asterisk?

    Thanks so much!

They are considered good, but the * are the really good deals!
