I had a very bad experience when they ran this promotion a few months ago. I purchased the cereals, but the code did not print on the receipt as promised. The walgreen’s clerk knew nothing about it. I called Redbox, faxed the receipt. Was told that I wasn’t supposed to use coupons on the product. I argued. Finally they gave me a free code. But, after all the hassle, it was difficult to enjoy the free movie.
Hopefully others will have a better experience.
