Sports Authority Gift Card Rebate When You Buy Organic Products

You can earn a gift card from Sports Authority just by buying natural and organic products!  If you buy $10 worth of the following products, you’ll receive a $5 gift card.  Buy $20 worth, and your gift card will be $10!   You can find a Sports Authority location on their website.

• Garden of Eatin’® Snacks 
• Rice Dream®, Soy Dream® and Almond Dream® Beverages 
• Health Valley Organic® Cereals and Snack Bars 
• MaraNatha® Nut Butters 
• Earth’s Best® Sesame Street®, Earth’s Best Tots® and Earth’s Best Kidz® Products and Frozen Foods (Not valid on Earth’s Best® jarred or other infant foods.)

 Simply send in this redemption form and your receipts with the product name and purchase price circled! Purchases need to be made between August 1st & September 30th, and your form needs to be postmarked by October 7th.  The terms and conditions say that the purchase price total is AFTER coupons and store discounts, but hopefully, it won’t be too hard to reach the $10 or $20 level.
