Update: The fine print actually says “free when using package offer”. So, I assume that means you must purchase a package. Sorry for the confusion!
Target has a coupon on their printable coupon page for a FREE 8×10 portrait, and there are not sitting fees or purchases required! This would be a great Valentine’s present for someone special!

just wanted to let you know the target coupon that prints out for this offer reads “free 8×10 from package pose when using $8.99 package offer”. i don’t see the “no purchase required” part? or am i missing something?
