Oh I know … it’s so ridiculous. I love target, it’s like my favorite store. But online shipping rates are absolutely ridiculous and I hate it—won’t pay it, b/c it ‘s not a deal at that point!!! Does anyone know if their Red Card offers free shipping on everything, or are there limits & exclusions?
