Because your second trimester is usually your “feel good” season of pregnancy, now is the time to get your freezer stocked with great meals that you can pull out when those first weeks with the baby at home literally rock your world. (Read more here.)
Great ideas!!! Never thought about that before….will definitely start stocking up on frozen meals. Is there somewhere on your website that has some more ideas for frozen meals?
I have tons of them and most are in my Recipe Box. Many of these are Freezer Friendly, because that is what I do most of. But since you asked, I think I might have to do a Favorite Freezer Meals Linky and list mine soon!
I would suggest to new mommies to NOT stock up on diapers because it’s hard to know what brand will fit your baby the best and also how big your little bundle will be. I had to give away a huge box of Huggies (from Sam’s) because my youngest girl ended up being over 9 lbs. and went into size 2 diapers within a month. But, that said, it’s a good way to donate what you can’t use to those who can.

Later I was like, what was I thinking? When people offer help, take them up on it. Make a list of people who volunteer to babysit and have their numbers handy. I’ve had to call on a friend at the last minute who gladly took my son. Also, find children’s consignment sales in your area. They are a lifesaver.
