on March 1, 2012 · 1 Comment

What's-for-Dinner

Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Classic Pot Roast with Sauteed Garlic Spinach and Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes. We’ll be able to use the leftover for several meals this weekend, including Bradford’s favorite French Dip Sandwich. Here are some more great recipes for leftover roast:

  • Beef Enchiladas
  • Crockpot Texas Chili
  • Vegetable Beef Soup

Was pot roast on sale this week? If so, where? I would love to get a deal on one if I still can. Thanks!
