Tonight’s Dinner is…whatever is in my garden! We are starting to harvest some of our garden, and I promise I will get a post up soon to show you. But checkout this meal we had last night. I pulled from the garden and leftovers to pull this together! I’ll post on this later this week, but below is the following:
Loaded Potato Salad
Chili Lime Corn
Skillet Green Beans
Watermelon Arugula Salad
Breadmachine Wheat Rolls

So, what’s for dinner tonight at your house? You are encouraged to not only list your dinner plans, but to request ideas and add your favorite recipes!
Have a meeting from 5 – 7:30 tonight so dinner is Soup & Sandwich. Don’t know how creative it was, but I made a Potato Soup with fresh potatoes, onion, carrots, cauliflower, milk, water, butter, salt & pepper, and a free package of betty crocker mashed potatoes. Basically, I’m finishing the potato, carrot, cauliflower, bread and milk supply before grocery shopping tomorrow. If I hadn’t already finished off the cheese or sour cream this week, I would have thrown those in as well. LOL
Can you post the recipe for the loaded potato salad??
