Tonight’s Dinner Idea is Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches loaded with sliced bell peppers. My CSA box was full of several varieties of peppers, including lots of gorgeous green bell peppers. We’ll use several of them fresh this week on sandwiches and salads, and I’ll take a day this week to flash freeze the rest of them.
