What's for Dinner: Ribeye Steaks, Twice Baked Potatoes and Greek Salad

Tonight’s Dinner is…Marinated Ribeye Steaks for the freezer, twice baked potatoes from my baking day (recipe coming soon!) and a Greek Salad. The Greek meal I  made this week will have 3 posts coming up on Monday with all the recipes!  So, stay tuned.

    do you ever freeze meet in a marinade? i’m wondering if that could make it too salty over time? I just need a more experienced opinion 🙂

      Rebekah – I used to freeze my meat in a marinade, but I found my steak didn’t taste right when I did it. For some reason it tasted very old…

    We are having tacos but I like your dinner better, Kelly!! By the way, Shane and I saw your long lost twin at the zoo today. We both almost said Hi to her. 🙂
