I’ve made mine (though fried) with ground turkey and I love it. I’ve made my sweet and sour sauce from a recipe found at allrecipes.com using tomato paste and have gotten great response. Thanks!

These sound yummy!! I love egg rolls!! I wonder if you could lightly spray with something like Pam to increase the crunchiness. I can see making these (with slight changes) with my daughter who is a vegetarian. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!

I was wondering if you had tried freezing these, and if so how they came out? I would love to make them, but it would be even nicer to make a big batch and freeze some!

I love egg rolls! Although I think I’ll skip the meat and just have veggie ones or maybe add some tofu as a meat replacement, yum!

Just another short cut I’ve found, I buy a bag of coleslaw mix in the bagged salad section. It has the cabbage & carrots already shredded & 1 bag makes enough egg rolls in 1 package of egg roll wrappers. Super fast & easy!
