I’ve had lots of requests for my homemade hummus recipe. This is super easy to make! I hope you enjoy it.
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon squeezed or 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Blend in a blender or food processor until pureed and smooth.
- If it is too thick add more oil and/or water.
