Okay, learned a big lesson this week, but I knew I would. I didn’t meal plan last week, because I took a little break. Big Mistake. I way overspent and I was at the grocery way too much. Lesson learned. This week I am getting a great plan in place and doing one to two grocery trips. How about you? Ever learned that lesson the hard way? I would love to hear what you learned.

Tuesday: Marinated Sirloin Tips, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli
Thursday: Chicken Spaghetti, green salad, bread
Friday: Shrimp Scampi, garden salad, french bread
Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie (The Poineer Woman Cookbook) , mashed potatoes, green salad
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, sliced apples
PB&J, sliced apples
Leftovers – Shrimp Salad Sandwiches (leftovers), Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Quesadilla
granola, yogurt and strawberries
freezer waffles w/ strawberries
strawberry smoothie, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
cereal, whole wheat toast w/ jelly
breakfast burrito (egg, cheese, & salsa)
