Crowd-Friendly Fresh Strawberry Recipes
Strawberry Bruschetta – Bradford loves bruschetta and so do I. Strawberry bruschetta is a cinch to make.
- Simply take a baguette and slice it.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese over it.
- Top with strawberries, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with mint.
Makes a lovely presentation!
Easy Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Salad
- Mix sliced strawberries and kiwi.
- Drizzle with honey.(Or try this flavorful homemade honey-lime dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1 tablespoon lime juice.)
- Serve in a pretty salad bowl garnished with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
TIP: Take it up a notch when you roll up mint leaves and slice them, chiffonade-style, then sprinkle over fruit salad to garnish. Learn how to chiffonade HERE.
Strawberry salsa. This is sure to be a hit at any family event we attend, because everyone loves a great salsa dip. This is something new for me to try–a strawberry salsa from One Perfect Bite. From the ingredients listed, it looks like it will still have a kick to it, but the strawberries will definitely add a sweet pop of flavor. Let me know if you decide to try it! Find it here.
