A lot of people love the flavors of Hawaiian Pizza. Hawaii makes me think of the sweet, tangy flavor combination of pineapples and ham. So how about taking this Hawaiian pizza up a notch by doing something a little different and using the grill? Oh, boy–was this good! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice. Plus, creating this pizza was so simple. Here are easy, step-by-step instructions to show you how to make your pizza.

Roll pizza dough out into 4 medium-sized crusts. Brush one side with olive oil and put onto a medium hot grill.
Pour olive oil onto uncooked side.
Brush olive oil evenly over crust.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn crust over .
Add ham, cheese, and red pepper flakes.
Add cheese and cook just until cheese melts. Cook on second side for about 3 minutes, just until golden brown. Be careful not to burn and add ingredients quickly so cheese can melt and bottom won’t burn.
Tip: Turn off burners directly under pizza, turn burners to side on high, close grill. The secondary heat should help melt cheese faster.
