Have you ever wondered how in the world to cut a mango? Every time I post about mangoes, I get questions on how. So when I went to the BlogHer Food conference back in May, I got the opportunity to create a mango tutorial video.

so funny you posted this! we eat mangos all of the time, and I always wonder if I’m doing it right, and now I know that I am! I do cut just like you showed how to do it. Another tip is that when you get to the end and have cut all of the fruit off, you can squeeze what is left of the pulp around the center and get quite a bit of juice out of it, which I used in a smoothie!
