If you are looking for funny Valentine cards, along with great ideas and resources, then welcome to lots of options. Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be desperately romantic or earth-shaking, in fact, it seems that there are a lot of people who offer up a very not-so-serious look at this heart-shaped holiday. Remember, Valentine’s Day cards are for anyone you love or care about. Think about your friends, parents, siblings, extended family members, neighbors, co-workers, community servants, and church staff too.

Below is a really cute idea from Cardstore.
You can personalize these with your and your sweetie’s initials on the front. On the inside, it says, “Happy Valentine’s Day to my Perfect Match.” You could customize it with any personal message or quote. (I think a cute idea for the inside message could be, “Coffee, Tea, or Me, Valentine?”)
Funny Valentine’s Card Ideas
I found a couple of really cute, funny Valentine’s card ideas and I’ve shared them below. I’ve never been super creative, but I think I could do these! I wouldn’t share them with you if I thought they looked too difficult.
Aren’t these cute? “Knock-Knock” is on the box, then when you take off the first cover (left), the joke continues. You put little odds and ends inside them–like small packages of candy, mini lip gloss or chapstick, mini nail polish. (Living in Nashville, I can’t help but think these are the perfect size to be filled up with guitar picks!) All the instructions for making these adorable little Knock-Knock Valentine’s Day card boxes are HERE.

I know someone who would love this cute Valentine! My son is crazy about cars, and this is a Valentine’s card that would definitely win his heart!
The car on this Valentine is chocolate. They used a regular toy car with paint-dipped wheels for making the tracks. (I think it would be more fun to affix a real toy car on this–that would last a lot longer than the candy would.) Find complete instructions for making this boy-friendly Valentine’s card HERE.
