Since it is summer we “wing it” more at dinner time. We eat later and do a lot of different “all vegetable” types of meals. So, I won’t really be scheduling meals this week. Instead, be sure to follow my nightly “What’s For Dinner” post to see what we are having. I am trying to get these up by around 2-3pm CST for you to get ideas from. I did list our lunch, breakfasts and snack ideas to keep us on track for the majority of the day!
So, do you do things differently in the summer? How so, leave us a comment and share your strategies for summer season eating.
