Tonight we are having Roast with carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade biscuits. Not exaclty low calorie, but it sure will hit the spot on a rainy day!!!
This is what we are having, adding some green peas to it as well. I’ve never cooked Thai before so I’m pretty excited about it!
