What’s for Dinner: Lemon Pepper Salmon, Spinach and Orzo Salad

Tonight’s Dinner is…Lemon Pepper Salmon, sauteed Spinach and Orzo Salad.  The salmon is a wild caught sockeye I got on managers special at Kroger and froze, the spinach is organic managers special and the orzo is made from all my garden tomatoes!

    We are having sausage pasta- ronzoni healthy harvest with ragu pasta sauce from publix and jennie-o turkey sausage for 4.99 for a tray. All in all, spent less than 6.00 for this healthy meal!
