Tonight we are having my mentors and their husbands over to dinner. I have been waiting for a special occasion to use my Pork Tenderloin I got, so I have had it marinating all day. I will share that with you next week, it is so good.
Plus, I am about to go make some homemade mashed potatoes and my homemade buttery rolls are in the breadmachine as we speak. Next, I am going to start making some Cranberry Orange Parfait.s I have been dying to make since I saw the recipe.

We're having Tuna Casserole! I make this about twice a year b/c it's not exactly healthy or low-fat, but my hubby does like it, so I pull it out here and there. Plus, I was able to put it together this morining, since I have to work tonight at 6.
