My friend Rebecca just told me about the easy way she cooks a turkey in the crock pot. I didn’t even know she cooked a turkey because her family always goes to other family members’ homes for Thanksgiving dinner. But, of course, she doesn’t want to miss out on all the great turkey deals as well as yummy Leftover Turkey Recipes. This is so simple.
- Olive Oil
- Turkey Breast
- Grease bottom and sides of slow cooker with olive oil.
- Place turkey breast in however you need to so that you can get the lid on your slow cooker.
- Add a little salt and pepper (or other seasonings if you like).
- Cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
Well, that is just pure genius! If you try this, let me know.
