One of my favorite sandwiches is a BLT, but this has a little twist adding avocado and green onions, making it taste AMAZING! Parmesan cheese would be great on this too. To lighten this up a bit we used turkey bacon and 2% milk in the dressing.

I had a BLT salad at a little restaurant in Galena Ill. It was soooooo good really, I would almost make the 3 hour trip just for that, it was loaded with bacon. This sounds so good right now, maybe its the baby, lol. But really who doesn’t love bacon? Thanks for the recipe.
I am going to try the homemade croutons soon. I just bought a bag, just my luck, lol. Thank you for the receipe.
